About Us
CLTGlutenFreedom was born out of a simple but meaningful goal: to make gluten-free and celiac dining easier, safer, and more connected in the Queen City. We are a local, community-driven platform focused on:

Advocating for better dining experiences for people with celiac disease

We invite local restaurants to complete two quick checklists to help our community better understand your level of gluten-free and celiac-safe accommodation.
Gluten-Free Friendly Checklist
Are gluten-free items labeled on your menu?
Do you offer gluten-free bread, pasta, or other substitutes?
Can staff explain which dishes are gluten-free upon request?
Do you accommodate gluten-free dietary preferences regularly?
Celiac-Safe Checklist
Is there training on gluten cross-contamination and celiac protocols?
Are separate cooking/prep surfaces or cookware used for GF orders?
Is a dedicated fryer available for gluten-free items (if applicable)?
Are allergy/GF requests clearly marked and tracked for the kitchen?
